At the Shred Shed our goal is to help people enjoy the benefits of exercise through an active and healthy lifestyle. Our aim is to offer a fun, friendly and comfortable place for everyone to workout, meet new friends and support one another to reach their fitness or weight loss goals. A gym where, no matter your age or fitness level, you will never feel judged or intimidated.

MUSCLE UP

A functional full body strength class using weights. Designed to slow your movements down and perfect your technique to get the gains you have always wanted.

shred fit

A combination of cardio and strength, combined with short, sharp movements. Every movement has a beginner and advanced option, making this a great anaerobic class.

tone time

A 60 minute class to get your muscles working. Increase your muscle strength, size and power with a range of different exercises from bodyweight to free-weight movements.

TARGET CORE

A 40 minute core workout that will help strengthen your midsection, and improve your overall strength and stability.

CARDIO BLAST

A quick 20 minute class to get your heart rate up, boost your metabolism and shred calories.

POWER PLAY

Power Play is a class of various movements which apply the maximum amount of force as fast as you can. Strength + speed = power!

PARTNER WORKOUT

Share the load on a Saturday morning with a friend, partner or family member. Motivate one another and enjoy the perfect start to your weekend. If you don’t have a workout buddy come along anyway!

SHRED SHED ONLINE

Our 20 minute online workouts are designed to help you kick start your fitness journey in the comfort of your own home. A full body workout with no equipment necessary.

MEMBERSHIPS

All Shred Shed members have access to the PTMinder app allowing them to book their space in our group fitness classes.
Bookings are recommended to secure your spot.

PACKAGES

Trial Package:  $21 for 2 weeks. Access to all classes.
Single Pass: $15 Single class
10 Concession card: $125 - 10 Classes
Student 10 Concession card: $60 - 10 Classes
Childs Creche: $20 - 10 Classes

MEMBERSHIPS

2 Classes weekly (1 year): $21 per week ($10.50 per class)
2 Classes weekly (3 months): $24 per week ($12 per class)
3 Classes weekly (3 months): $30 per week ($10 per class)

Unlimited classes(1 year): $33 per week
Unlimited classes student (1 year): $19 per week (Under 16’s – require parent signature)
Unlimited classes family: $80 per week
Unlimited teenager (3 months): $12 per week
Unlimited student (3 months): $21 per week

Full access to the gym included in all unlimited memberships
All memberships are for a minimum of 3 months.

ONLINE CLASSES

3 x 20 Minute Weekly Online Classes: $15 per month

OPEN GYM

Open gym: $25 per week

TIMETABLE

All Shred Shed members have access to the PT Minder app allowing them to book their space in our group fitness classes. Bookings are strongly recommended, especially for those classes with limited space.
